Information about RV’s (Recreational Vehicles (including trailers, 5th-wheels, RV’s, pop-up, boats, etc):

RV’s cannot be kept on property or parked in the street except for loading and unloading. Please see the Village of Mountain Ridge Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for more information about what is allowable in our neighborhood. All RVs must be stored in a garage or off-premises (not on driveways or streets in the Village at Mountain Ridge). Camping in RVs in the neighborhood is not allowed and the City of Golden allows camping in designated areas only. Please refer visitors to one of the three RV rental locations in Golden and make reservations well in advance to ensure space is available.

Please note: homeowners that keep RVs in the driveway or street may be fined $100 per day. Neighbors wanting to report RVs that violate VMR policy can contact Kellie McReynolds with Keystone Denver at (303) 369-0800-1006. If you have a special circumstance and need a temporary exemption from the VMR RV policy (e.g. you are a health care worker who needs to stay in your RV during the pandemic), please request an exemption with the HOA by emailing Kellie McReynolds.
