Meet your current HOA Board Members

Kelsey Johnson

President

Kelsey grew up in Worthington, Ohio, where she played field hockey and lacrosse. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in International Relations and Japanese. OH-IO. She has lived in Golden since 2010 and has been an active community member. She was a Jefferson County Planning & Zoning Commissioner for two terms and participated in the Golden Leadership program. Perhaps her and her husband, Shane’s, most significant contribution to the Golden was partnering with a few other community organizers to collaborate on the creation of Glo Park; a global energy park focused on collaboration between private entities, the state of Colorado, the Colorado School of Mines, and the National Renewable Energy Lab. Kelsey lives with her husband and two sons.

Paco Ebetino

Vice President

Paco grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana; graduating from the Indiana University business school and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He and his wife Jen moved to Denver from Chicago in 2007 and then to Golden in Mountain Ridge in 2013. Paco, Jen and their three kids enjoy the community of Golden supporting local businesses and organizations. On a professional level, he is a Senior Director of Operations at RingCentral. He is interested in improving neighborhood safety and increasing positive member engagement within the Mountain Ridge community.

James O’Toole

Treasurer

James grew up in Saginaw, Michigan, where he played high school sports and worked maintenance for the local Parks & Rec Department. James graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 with a degree in Construction Management and moved to Denver shortly after to work for a local construction company. James started his own General Contracting business, Single Track Construction Services 9 years ago that he runs from his home office in Mountain Ridge.

Natalie Mayer

Communications

Natalie grew up in Kohler, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, NOVA Southeastern University and the Medical College of Wisconsin where she completed her Internal Medicine residency. Natalie and her husband Josh moved to Mountain Ridge in 2017 after a year long backpacking trip around the world. Natalie enjoys golf, pickleball and spending time with her 2 children. She is interested in improving our community and traffic related safety. Let her know if you want to hit the pickleball around in the neighborhood!
