FAQ’s

  • Parking – Our neighborhood streets are managed and maintained by the City of Golden. All residential neighborhood parking on public, city-owned streets is first-come, first served. While vehicle parking within 5 feet of a public or private driveway is illegal, roadway spaces immediately in front of private property, unless otherwise indicated, are public right-of-way, owned by the city of Golden and available to anyone who is legally occupying it. Please talk to your neighbors about any parking concerns as the VMR HOA cannot enforce parking violations on City of Golden streets. Please find information on the City of Golden Website.
  • Maintenance–  The landscape maintenance of common areas is done by Schultz Industries. Please contact Matt Berlekamp from our management company if there are issues.
  • Short-term rentals/AirBNB – Rental is a City of Golden issue. Please find information on the City of Golden Website.
  • Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) – Any ADU added to a VMR property must comply with city requirements, including that the owner must live in the main property and the owner must provide off-street parking for any ADU resident. Please see CityOfGolden.net for additional information. Please note that the VMR HOA can elect to change ADU restrictions at any time.
  • Complaints/Report issue – Please contact Matt Berlekamp from our management company if there are issues.
